2017 Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN) Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Research Grants

ACEN is offering three WIL research grants of up to $10,000 each in 2017. Applications are invited on topics related to one of the following themes identified through National WIL Strategy and 2016 ACEN National Research Symposium.

  • Innovative and sustainable WIL models
  • Assessment practices for WIL
  • Global WIL
  • WIL and Technology
  • WIL in STEM
  • Evaluating return on WIL investment for stakeholders (Note: Projects related to this theme may focus on a particular discipline, WIL Model or Industry/community partner)

Equity Fellows Program

The Equity Fellows Program supports Fellows to undertake strategic, high-impact, high‐profile leadership projects targeted, sector-wide, at improving the access, participation and success in higher education of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Six Fellowships will be awarded between 2015 and 2017. The value of each Fellowship will be up to $215,000, covering engagement of a Fellow for a period of 12 months (full-time equivalent).

Tony Adams Fund

Financial grants to academics, researchers and professional practitioners in International Education.

Grants available:

  • Professional development (2 x AUD 2,000)
  • Research project (1 x AUD 3,000)
  • Doctoral thesis (1 x AUD 1,500 per year, up to 3 years)
