Amber began at UQ in 2011 in Student Services' First Year Engagement Team. In 2013 she joined UQ’s Academic Services Division, working within various units, culminating in the coordination of the University’s septennial TEQSA re-registration in 2014. The following year she joined UQ Library to coordinate a pilot implementation of TRIM, and later became the Library’s Graphic Designer.

In 2018, Amber was seconded to the Office of the DVC(A) to assist the Learning Space Strategist, and now draws on her broad experiences to inform her work at ITaLI. Amber has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from UQ.
