Rupert is a registered psychologist with postgraduate training in organisational psychology. He has been involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a number of initiatives within the private, government, and education sectors. His research, teaching, and consulting experience has focused on organisational and capability development, as well as more specifically on learning in students and professionals.

Rupert’s primary responsibilities at ITaLI are related to initiatives and programs that improve the capability of UQ staff in relevant aspects of teaching performance and understanding learning.
