Rhiannon’s experience is centred on management, process improvement, complex scheduling, strategy and training. She worked as a Strategy Consultant for Deloitte Financial Services for four years helping Queensland’s largest mining, transport and telecommunications companies solve their most challenging strategic concerns. Rhiannon then managed a team of over 40 staff at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat helping clients improve their health and wellbeing. Her professional experience is complemented with extensive volunteer experience, demonstrating her flexibility and authenticity. Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of Music (Performance) from the University of Melbourne both with First class honours.

At ITaLI, Rhiannon collaborates with academics across the University, ITaLI Learning Designers and media and technology experts to deliver world-class blended courses. With experience transforming over 25 courses, Rhiannon uses a flexible methodology that enables the efficient conversion of future courses into blended offerings that is efficient and effective while also enabling creativity and innovation. As Project Manager, Rhiannon resolves issues that block progress progression, manages budgets and schedules, report on project statuses, tracks course improvement through academic and student feedback and ensures continuous improvement of the conversion process.
