Solly spent 10 years working as a Curriculum Developer within the Vocational Education Training sector for one of Australia’s leading RTOs (Registered Training Organisations). Solly was developing and designing online and face-to-face curriculum in a national role for nutrition, fitness and business qualifications. She was responsible for the pedagogical approach and design, as well as ensuring that each course delivered on its units of competency and learning outcomes.

In 2019, Solly moved across to Higher Education as a Curriculum Developer within UQ’s Faculty of Medicine at the Centre of Online Health, before moving into a Learning Designer role at ITaLI in 2021.

Solly is currently responsible for the design and development of various UQx MOOCs that span various faculties and are designed in collaboration with academics across the University.

Solly holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and a Diploma in Business Management.
