As a coordinator of entrepreneurial education, Eleanor works across UQ in curriculum development that nurtures an entrepreneurial mindset, developing students as problem-solvers with the skills to create positive change in the world.

Before joining UQ, Eleanor led an award-winning university business incubator in the UK, including extra-curricular entrepreneurship programs, and supporting the development of entrepreneurship in the curriculum.

Eleanor recently completed her PhD exploring the interactions, peer support and collaborations between social and commercial entrepreneurs in business incubators. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Innovation Practitioner.
