As a coordinator of entrepreneurial education, Eleanor works across UQ in curriculum development that nurtures an entrepreneurial mindset, developing students as problem-solvers with the skills to create positive change in the world.

Before joining UQ, Eleanor led an award-winning university business incubator in the UK, including extra-curricular entrepreneurship programs, and supporting the development of entrepreneurship in the curriculum.

Eleanor is currently completing her PhD, which aims to better understand the impact of peer support and collaboration between commercial and social entrepreneurs in business incubators. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Innovation Practitioner.
