Helen (Olena) Ratnykova

Helen has over 20 years of experience in education and training. She is a qualified secondary teacher. She has also worked in the private sector and has extensive experience incorporating eLearning technologies into pedagogy to achieve the best outcomes for students.

In her current role, Helen organises workshops for UQ academic and professional staff, maintains staff and student guides and offers individual consultations to help staff implementing eLearning tools in their courses.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Education (with honours), a Diploma of Project Management, a Certificate IV in Education Support and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
