Since 2015, he has dived into the education sector, covering a variety of subject areas. With his exceptional programming (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and knowledge on LMS, along with his attention to detail and friendly, professional attitude, Michael has been involved in optimising and developing numerous university courses and training modules. He has also conducted a significant number of academic support sessions.

In his current role, Michael assists UQ staff in integrating new technologies to solve common teaching and learning challenges. He works closely with faculty members and IT personnel to enhance the eLearning environment, promoting an enriched student experience through the adoption and effective use of innovative eLearning tools and systems.

He holds a Master of International Hotel and Tourism Management, a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Queensland and a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
