Kim progressed from working as an Atmospheric Chemist who split her time between teaching pathway programs and pollution monitoring and modelling, to higher education learning design. She is driven by a curiosity about how people learn and interpret information.
As a Learning Designer, Kim works with academic staff to bring out the best in their students through their course and assessment design.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) majoring in Chemistry and IT, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
