This session will discuss the results of interviews with practitioners in multiple industries that were challenged by rapid change while delivering projects. The study covers planning styles, control, culture, communication, leadership and decision making. This talk will explore the alternate work control approaches that interviewees believed delivered their goals, despite regular change.
