Charles Darwin University is implementing a co-designed approach to building capability to transform how teams work and deliver on key strategic learning and teaching priorities. Laura Fairbrother will share how the approach she is leading at CDU applies co-design mindsets, skillsets, and toolkits to meaningfully engage staff, students, and other stakeholders in the design and development of transformational learning experiences at CDU.
Laura Fairbrother is a committed and creative education specialist with nearly 20 years experience in driving collaborative teaching, training, learning, and professional development with stakeholders across a variety of international contexts. Skilled in cross-cultural communication, co-design, and curriculum transformation, Laura’s focus is on building capability to enhance quality teaching and learning in higher education.
