Dr Chloe Salisbury

As a Learning Designer, Dr Chloe Salisbury currently supports the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law to lead Assessment Transformation as part of UQ’s Lead through Learning strategy. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with a commitment to student-centred education, ensuring that assessment strategies drive deeper learning outcomes. Further, Chloe advances the integration of AI technologies and literacy to teaching and learning practices, including through staff development.
Chloe has worked in higher education since 2017, working as a tutor and lecturer before transitioning to a learning design role. She is dedicated to integrating innovative pedagogy and assessment in higher education.
Chloe is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, which recognises her experience and expertise in higher education. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Doctor of Philosophy.
