Rachel has extensive experience in the higher education sector, working in a variety of schools, faculties and central divisions of UQ and the University of Newcastle. She has experience in student-facing roles; in the provision of teaching, learning and academic support; and in project roles. She also has corporate experience, having worked on projects at Ernst & Young relating to transitions of IT platforms and automated reporting.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and has engaged in a range of professional learning opportunities related to project management and process improvement.
