Inspera Assessment

I am a new Inspera user taking over a course that already uses Inspera

You will need Author, Planner, and Grader roles.

1. The Intention to Use Inspera survey for Semester 1 2024 is now open
2. A digital assessment learning designer who can answer all your questions will contact you. We can guide you through the required access and training steps for you and your teaching team, review the existing assessment and assist with any new assessment design and development you would like to undertake. 
3. For staff who need to author assessment in Inspera, we have a guided access process. This deliberate pathway of learning has been implemented to minimise: 

• potentially poor outcomes for students if the assessment is not designed or set-up correctly
• increased workload to fix errors
• increased number of deferred exams due to students experiencing technological difficulties.

To be given Author and/or Planner roles in the production environment (uqi.inspera.com), you must complete:

1. Inspera Assessment overview module (20 mins), and  
2. One or two other short modules, depending on the role you require. 

If self-paced learning is not your favourite way to learn, you can choose to attend a face-to-face session

I am a new Inspera user intending to use Inspera for non-invigilated assessment only.

You will need Author, Planner and Grader roles.

I support the administration of assessment in my school 

You will need Planner, Chief Invigilator, Invigilator, and Reporter roles.  

To be given Planner access in the production environment (uqi.inspera.com), you must complete: 

1. Inspera Assessment overview module (20 mins), and 
2. One other short module focused on the administration of assessment in Inspera.
