How to structure the Inspera conversation

 
In the past, we have facilitated these conversations via half-day implementation workshops. Alternatively, the half-day can be broken down into sections allowing staff to save time by only attending the section that is relevant to them.  

A useful way to structure the conversation to ensure all the work of assessment is addressed around the assessment lifecycle (see below).

Some schools have used implementation conversations as an opportunity to have bigger discussions about assessment in their school.
