The session aims to present a comprehensive overview of the support options available to students, equipping attendees with valuable materials to aid their students in achieving academic success. Specifically, this session will delve into the extensive resources accessible to all students through Learning Advisers, a branch of Student Services. By incorporating the student perspective, we'll demonstrate how our diverse array of services caters to the needs of undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students. Additionally, real-life student queries pertaining to coursework or research will be showcased, shedding light on common challenges and misconceptions within the academic sphere. This insight can prove beneficial for Course Coordinators, Lecturers, and Tutors in addressing areas of difficulty for students. To conclude, we'll share specific digital resources suitable for integration into Blackboard (BB) course areas, providing further avenues for student support and engagement.
