The session will present an overview of the learning support options available to students through Learning Advisers (Student Services), with the aim of equipping attendees with valuable materials to help their students achieve academic success.

By incorporating the student perspective, we'll demonstrate how our diverse array of services can assist and inspire undergraduate, postgraduate and Higher Degree by Research students.

We'll showcase real-life student queries about coursework and research, shedding light on common challenges and misconceptions students experience. This insight is beneficial for course coordinators, lecturers and tutors in understanding and addressing areas of difficulty for students.

To conclude, we'll share digital resources suitable for integration into Blackboard course areas, providing further avenues for student support and engagement.
