About the session

What does inclusive teaching look like in practice? In this interactive session, UQ staff will share practical strategies for designing teaching, assessment, and support that work for diverse learners, including:

• teaching approaches that foster belonging and support learners, including neurodivergent students
• an inclusive assessment framework that enhances motivation and reduces reliance on individual adjustments
• innovations from the Neurodivergent Hub, offering insights on neuro-affirming pedagogy, UDL, and future staff resources.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working, consider practical changes you can make in your own context, and discuss how small actions can make a difference.
