The discussion will explore how peer observation can support reflective practice, enhance teaching quality, foster collegial learning, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Drawing on their own experiences, panel members will discuss the opportunities, challenges, and impact of peer observation on teaching practice and student learning.
Professor Suzanne Le Mire, PVC (ESE) will introduce the session. Associate Professor Lynda Shevellar, Associate Professor Allison Mandrusiak and Dr Paul Treschman will join the session as panellists.
