About the session

This session focuses on preparing your SECaTs for the semester. In this session you will learn:

• How to correctly set up ECPs for automatic generation of SECaTs.
• How to check your response rate during the live survey period.
• How to request adjustment of opening/closing dates for intensive courses.
• Tips for maximising response rates.
• A brief overview of Check-In and SETutor surveys.
