Nantana specialises in assessment transformation, AI-aware curriculum design, and inclusive pedagogy. Drawing on over 16 years of experience across higher education and school education, she brings expertise in authentic and programmatic assessment, Universal Design for Learning, academic integrity, and ethical AI use in teaching and learning.

Nantana works collaboratively with academic staff, student partners and professional teams to design evidence-informed curriculum, learning and assessment experiences that support student engagement, belonging and graduate outcomes. Her recent projects include co-designing generative AI learning resources for Faculty of Science students, supporting curriculum and assessment redesign across UQ courses and programs, and contributing to scholarship on assessment, ePortfolios, digital learning and AI literacy.

Her practice is grounded in participatory co-design, Design-Based Research and data-informed improvement. She is particularly interested in how assessment can remain meaningful, inclusive and trustworthy in AI-enabled learning environments.
