Dale has been working in higher education since 2005, commencing as a web developer working on custom interactive experiences to enhance learning and teaching. He has worked as a Learning Designer since 2015, most recently at Griffith University before joining ITaLI on the eAssessment project in 2021. He has a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Dale's role involves working collaboratively with subject matter experts to prepare relevant assessment and resources to effectively facilitate learning. Throughout his career, Dale has worked as a learning designer, project officer, web coordinator and university teacher.
