Rachel Dowe

Rachel is a Learning Designer for Assessment Transformation, supporting the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences. Her work focuses on investigating technological infrastructure to support the delivery of authentic, secure assessment across the faculty.
Rachel has a decade of experience in higher education, with expertise in change management, educational technology, and digital learning design. She has played a key role in major university-wide technology transitions including the Ultra Activation Project and the Curriculum End-to-End Program. Rachel has designed and delivered training and learning materials for students, academic staff, and professional staff across the university, always with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusion.
She holds a Master of Philosophy (Classics) and a Graduate Diploma of Information Management.
