Charlotte Young is an experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for advancing higher education through innovative teaching and learning practices. Having worked in the higher education sector since 2010, Charlotte has proven expertise in curriculum development, teaching excellence, and the integration of technology to enhance student learning experiences.

 

Currently serving as Manager of the Digital Learning Uplift (DLU) team in the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation (ITaLI), Charlotte provides leadership and support to a team of learning designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching. In her role, she collaborates with diverse stakeholders across the university, building and maintaining positive relationships to enhance the quality of programs and courses.

 

Charlotte's academic background includes a PhD in Public Health from The University of Queensland (UQ), complemented by bachelors and honours degrees in Health Sciences from the same institution. Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of London.
