Stephanie has been working in the higher education sector since 2007 with experience in learning design, staff development training and project management. She has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Griffith University. 

Stephanie joined ITaLI in 2018 as part of the DLU initiative and creates an encouraging and supportive space to support teams in pedagogically driven course design, assessment approaches and implementation of eLearning initiatives to enhance the student experience.  

Stephanie has collaborated on projects across a variety of Schools including large-scale first-year courses, postgraduate and multidiscipline programs. She has also worked with the UQx team on the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs).
