About the session
The incorporation of technology in the classroom may help foster student learning gains (Means, 2014) and thus, technology integration is seen as desirable by teachers in their everyday practice (Chen, 2008). However, despite the benefits associated with the use of technology in the classroom, its use in everyday teaching may be perceived as a demanding task (Davis, 1989). This short presentation will showcase three examples of technology use in everyday teaching at UQ which have proved effective to support learning and do not represent significant investment of instructor time and effort.
