Lauren Cox

Lauren has a history of excellence in teaching practice within both higher education and hospital & health care (workforce, clinical and simulation education) environments. This background has underpinned her drive to improve academic mental health, with her research informing innovative strategies and building sustainability in the academic workforce. Her impact is evident across both staff and student higher education experiences.
As program lead for two of ITaLI professional learning programs, Teaching@UQ and CaPE@UQ, she educates and upskills our next generation of university academics and clinical supervisors.
Lauren is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), experienced physiotherapist specializing in simulation education and PhD Candidate.
