Earlier this semester, staff and students at UQ expressed interest in the “AI in Education Conversation” those who attended the session shared their expertise about how AI is being used and what ethical AI use means in your disciplines.

Now, the conversation continues. We’ve heard ideas and questions, and incorporated them as we began drafting a framework to help UQ staff and students engage wisely with AI in learning. We’re excited to share the draft and get your feedback and advice.

Please join us on Thursday 5 June, 10am-10.50am, 09-211 (St Lucia) or Zoom to discuss the draft and help ensure your priorities are reflected in this important document that will shape UQ’s approach to AI in education.

The discussion will be facilitated by:

  • Dr Beck Wise is an expert in professional, technical, and academic writing, including writing in digital environments and science communication.
